At the end of every month each pastor benificiry will present a report on his monthly pastorial activites which includes number of souls that acepted Christ through water baptism, number of new convert in baptismal classes, number of new convert in discipleship class and numbeer of people withnessed to about Christ under the review. This presentation is done in the present of collegues pastors, visioneer and field cordinators from the Kambia District Pastorial Council. At the end of each presentation questions are asked to the presenter for more clarification and as a lerarning point for other collegue pastors. The monthly presentation report from pastors is a key criteria for them to received their monthly feeding support from JAG Ministry.
